Hadestown
What a thrill. I wasnt sure what to expect and wasnt sure if it was overhyped but by god this was enthralling. The score the set the cast, cant fault 1 thing. A retelling of the greek tragedy 5/5

The shark is broken
As the fix the shark on the set of Jaws the 3 leads are stranded in the water and talk about life. Written and starring one of the sons of the lead actor of Jaws, this was alot of fun.

Crybaby
Such a small stage for a huge cast. This premiere of the uk run of this show starts at the Arcola. This was a good musical, great songs, tongue n cheek and FUN. Its typical John Waters 4/5

The penguin lessons
Steve Coogan stars in a film about a man who rescues a penguin in a oil slick. Based in Argentina just after Peron has left power. It was light on political prowness but overall a good story and the penguin

Mr Burton
A story i never knew about. Richard Burtons teacher and a man that made Burton who he was. He even took his name. There is a gay undercurrent as Phillip Burton lives alone with a landlady. This was brilliant and

The girl by the pool
What a pile of poo. This was a b list cast and a b list tale. Freddie Prinze Jnr is weak in a lead. He finds a woman dead and hides her body, he is having an affair with her.

Death of a unicorn
The SFX were absolutely horrific in this film and it was slated all round by critics. This really wasnt that bad at all. The baddies were the best Tea superb, Will spot on. Rudd and Ortega were a bit yuck.
